Shashank Kansal, is the Non Executive Director of ITNTI. Best described as an entrepreneur with a philanthropic heart, Shashank has founded seven ICT related start-ups so far and managed a pan-European business for a nasdaq listed telecom company as a Senior Vice President. A business graduate from India he has various learning from across the world. Widely travelled across the world, he has travel and work experience from over 64 countries.

Shashank started his telecom and ICT career in 1995, in Nepal as an ISP which went on to become the largest operator in the country with private V-sat gateways. Then in 1999 he founded a Telecom company which aimed to provide an instant messaging solution to the masses via a nationwide paging network competing with the national PTT. During the height of the last telecom boom he setup a systems integration company that, with its core network of telecom engineers, served European companies. Currently he is creating a global franchise network for GSM-mobile based services.

He has been actively engaged in consultations among the leading development agencies. He has been associated with the UN, WorldBank, Multilateral Agencies, ITU for policy formulation on issues like E-Governance,
E-ommerce, Telecommunications, Social & economic development among others.

Prior to telecoms he has been promoter and partner in few bricks and mortar businesses, which explains his mantra of "financially profitable and socially beneficial business". Over 2100 people have been directly employed under his patronage of businesses so far. When not performing operational or advising tasks, He can often be found identifying gaps in the market and discussing next startup ideas!

Saurabh, is the Non Executive Director of ITNTI. He comes on board with his vast experience in the Value Added Services based on IP (Internet Protocol). He is the Financial Controller for the ITNTI group of companies. In past he served as the CEO and Director of Fax2Fax our facilities based Fax over IP (FoIP) service in partnership with one of the ISPs. With his 7 years of experience in Client Interaction, he guides the organization towards being Customer Focus, and understands the service delivery part of the technology companies. He has travelled across Asia, Europe, North America and has fair amount of understanding about the converging technologies.

Manish Kansal, is the Senior Vice President and CEO of ITNTI and has been in this business along the footsteps of his elder brother since his college days. He has been actively involved in the marketing aspects of all the innovative products and services his company's Technical teams have been producing. He has the creativity of pushing the creators for products that suit to clients because he understands their needs being closer to them while marketing. He has deep knowledge on Internet and Telecom operational abilities. He is widely traveled across the world

Hemanta Sharma, is the Director System Administration, the creator and manager of global systems and servers of ITNTI. He has B Tech in computer science, He is a Certified Netware Engineer and to top it all is a MicroSoft Certified System Engineer and has worked for leading companies in IT industry before joining ITNTI. He has extensive knowledge with experiences in countries like Thailand, HongKong, China, UK, Netherlands, France and many others, along with his many years of research in Nepal.

Client Satisfaction is supreme for Rajan when it comes to profession. With his computer engineering from Manila he brings the fresh waves of aspirations to explore and serve. The easy solutions to problems and friendly attitude with full blown smile is what wins his Client Relationship Management skills.

Kiran has been with the ITNTI Family Group for over 15 years now. He has experience in Administration Management from his association with diverse fields like Tourism, Retailing, Internet and Technology companies. He speaks five languages including English, German and Hindi.

Colleagues affectionately call Rakesh, a Software Scientist. His long hours of researching, amuses everyone without an exception. His dedication has been a strong pillar for the company from the time he joined. His high degree of sensitiveness to security issues give both the management and clients an un-comparable peace of mind. His colleagues say, Nothing can go wrong when Rakesh is around !

Dr. Basu, the friend of all, master in designing arts has been the favorite of all. His easy going target meeting style leaves none unimpressed. He has worked as an instructor in few of the renowned institutes like: SSI, websity, etc. before joining ITNTI. He has right from the beginning been more involved in International projects of the company. He currently resides in Kolkotta, India.

Sangeeta is a highly devoted and motivated designer dealing in coordination, planning, designing & mobilization of in-house as well as client projects. She also looks after handling media & promotion Designing for the company. Her creativity is of a fine quality. She excels in FrontPage, Photoshop, Macromedia Products etc. She is quite an active individual in social arena through her involvement in Community Networking and also causes like - poverty reduction, education, gender and health.

This  unassuming young man shoulders the vital responsibility of handling the support operations of ITNTI. With a sound Technical Know-how, He stands as one of the chief persons behind the increasing High Customer Satisfaction ratio of ITNTI. His exploring nature has earned him extensive knowledge of software applications, Hardware trouble shooting, Networking, Web & Graphic Designing. His very cooperative attitude helps him fit into almost all technical departments of ITNTI and become a favorite amongst the oldest clients of ITNTI.

Keen learner, dedicated, self motivated and energetic best describe the young Ajay who during his college days, joined ITNTI as an Intern and turned into a full time professional. He is now involved in mega projects of the company. His excellent analytical abilities, constant thrive for excellence make him a favorite both within the company and among the clients.

Rajani is the all cheer content manager of ITNTI. Bachelor of English honors from Loreto College, Darjeeling is an experienced young lady. Her capabilities at speech and presentations are of a fine quality. She lives in Italy.

An entrepreneur in her own right, Mrs. Anjuli Shrestha used to own Desktop (DTP) business, before moving to this challenging job with ITNTI. She is dynamic with not only secretariat work but has charisma of a manger as well. Mrs. Shrestha lives in Virginia and is a content media coordinator.
